PER L'ARRIVO AL NOSTRO INDIRIZZO
Al fine di evitare disguidi e di agevolare il vostro arrivo a Venezia nelle modalità a voi più congeniali, vi segnaliamo qui di seguito alcune importanti indicazioni.

Portare con se un documento di identità in corso di validità.

Copia del voucher di prenotazione o del coupon/ticket di acquisto effettuato on-line.

Stampare e portare con se copia del percorso per arrivare presso l'unità assegnata.

Stampare e portare con se le informazioni dettagliate e la piantina presenti in queste pagine web (o quelle che riceverete via mail o WhatsApp) per raggiungere con facilità l'appartamento assegnato.
Valutate anche l’acquisto di un mini abbonamento per i vaporetti, al fine di ottimizzare la spesa dei trasporti e degli spostamenti durante il soggiorno a Venezia.
Con l’occasione forniamo anche alcune altre indicazioni utili per raggiungere la ns. struttura, ricordandovi che - salvo particolari esigenze richiedibili dall'ospite - il check-in viene effettuato totalmente via WhatsApp in remoto.
È pertanto importante che seguiate le indicazioni che verranno fornite mediante tale piattaforma di messaggistica, al fine di completare le procedure e poter ricevere le necessarie istruzioni per il vostro arrivo, ivi compresi i codici di accesso per l'apertura del portone esterno e per accedere al box a combinazione contenente le chiavi della vostra unità.
Se incontrate qualche difficoltà nel raggiungere il nostro indirizzo, mettetevi in contatto con i ns. uffici.
Come è anche indicato in tutti i siti di prenotazione, il Servizio Ricevimento si svolge fino alle 17.30: Oltre tale orario, ed anche per eventuali motivi di emergenza, è SEMPRE attiva una deviazione di chiamata su numero cellulare.
Oltre le ore 23.00 cessa ogni attività di ricevimento e/o di assistenza all'arrivo, salvo eventuali casi di ritardo treno/aereo non prevedibili, o casi discussi in via anticipata con il Servizio Ricevimento.

FOR THE ARRIVAL TO OUR ADDRESS
In order to avoid misunderstandings and to facilitate your arrival in Venice in the way that most suit you, we are transferring below some important information.

Bring along an identity document or passport valid.

Print and bring with you a copy of the route to get at the unit assigned.

Print and bring with you the detailed information and the map in these web pages (or those that you will receive by mail or WhatsApp) to easily reach the apartment assigned.
Also evaluated the purchase of a mini subscription for waterbus, in order to optimize the cost of transport and travel during your stay in Venice.
On this occasion we also provide other useful information to reach our structure, reminding you that - except for particular needs requested by the guest - check-in is carried out entirely via WhatsApp remotely.
It is therefore important that you follow the instructions that will be provided via this messaging platform, in order tocomplete the procedure and be able to receive the necessary instructions for your arrival, including the access codes for opening the external door and accessing the combination box containing the keys to your unit.

As is also indicated on all booking sites, the reception service take place until 5.30 pm: after this time, and also for any emergency reasons, a call diversion to a mobile number is ALWAYS active.
After 11.00 pm, all reception activities and/or arrival assistance cease, except in cases of unforeseeable train/plane delays, or cases discussed in advance with the Reception Service.
